1. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Olivia Drills:

• Account information: email address and authentication details (via Google, Apple, or email/password sign-up).
• Family and child profiles: family name, child names, avatars, grade levels, and PINs (stored securely, used only for child selection within the app).
• Drill results: session history including subject, date, duration, questions asked, answers given, and accuracy scores.
• Gamification progress: quest map position, sticker collection, and trade tokens.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide the educational drill service and track learning progress.
• Display performance statistics and trends to parents on the dashboard.
• Power the gamification features (quest map advancement, sticker rewards).

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring that each family can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (family profile, child profiles, session history, stickers, and quest progress) is permanently and irrevocably deleted.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: You can view all your data within the app dashboard.
• Right to data portability: You can export all your data as a JSON file from the Settings page ("Download My Data").
• Right to erasure: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page ("Delete My Account").
• Right to rectification: You can edit your family name, child profiles, and other information in the Settings page.

6. Children's Privacy

Olivia Drills is designed for use by parents and their children. Children do not create accounts directly — parent accounts manage child profiles. We do not collect any data directly from children beyond what the parent provides (name, avatar, grade) and drill performance data generated during use.
